1. Listing conditions, services and purpose:
OrganicForMe.com is an web portal designed as a resource for the organic and eco-
conscious community member. We strive to forward the organic and sustainable living
mindset, therefore we look to include websites that also consider this mission. In other
words, we are looking to include like-minded companies promoting eco-friendly
products, services and information. It is considered informational only and is deemed
accurate at the time of posting. Our website is located at: http:www.OrganicForMe.com.
We reserve the right to accept or refuse any listing at our discretion, as well as deny
submission and accept it at a later date. Listing fees are outlined at: http://www.
OrganicForMe.com/advertise.html. All listing fees are auto-renewed unless express
written authorization (via email to: info @ organicforme.com) to discontinue the listing
has been received before 10 business days of the expiration date. If authorization has not
been received within this period, refunds are considered on an individual, case by case
basis.
2. Agreement
The portal (OrganicForMe.com) is a service to the eco-conscious community and is
ruled by the Terms and Conditions of this agreement. By submitting an application for a
listing on this portal, you have agreed to these terms and conditions and are bound by
them. You also agree that the information you have submitted on your application is true
and correct to the best of your knowledge and that you are an authorized member of your
site with permission to submit the site for inclusion into OrganicForMe.com web portal.
You are of acceptable age by law, 18 years or greater. Void where prohibited. We reserve
the right to include and remove any service or site for any reason. We will not tolerate or
accept any links that contain cruelty, hatred, vulgarity or sexually explicit materials or any
illegal content, or link to sites that do. We have students who use our site to assist in
homework research and term papers often.
Submissions must be in English. We have many multi-lingual customers, but in order to
comply with a standardization of the site, it must be made in english. Even though you
may suggest a category for inclusion, we reserve the right to choose the most
appropriate category for your site. We reserve the right to edit and remove any
descriptions or content in a listing that we deem inappropriate without notice. We reserve
the right to include or change the location of the site in the portal to the most appropriate
web page for the listing to be seen by our visitors. We will accept the application for new
submissions and review it promptly. OrganicForMe pays for 24/7/365 dedicated up time
on our servers, however we cannot guarantee 100% up time. Past performance is no
guarantee of future results. We cannot be held responsible for any server delays or
misdirected submissions, not limited to holidays, weekends, high traffic days, or any
other unforseen delay. We will work as fast as possible to provide you with a reply of
acceptance or denial of your application. An applicant will receive an email (returning the
same email address that they registered with) if they have been approved.
You agree by submission of the application and by certifying that you have read and
agree to these terms and conditions that you will not hold OrganicForMe.com liable or
responsible for any traffic or loss of traffic to your website. We cannot guarantee a level of
traffic or direction of traffic at any time both due to removal or acceptance of your site. You
will indemnify and hold harmless OrganicForMe.com for any illegal activity or violation of
any legal statutes, including costs and damages involved. Any legal action required to
include OrganicForMe.com will be handled entirely within they St. Louis County
jurisdiction.
3. Payment of fees - Paid listings only
An annual fee schedule can be found at http://www.OrganicForMe.com/advertise.html.
Payments for a listing must be made at the same time an application is submitted for
consideration. All credit card (includes debit cards) payments must be made by the
rightful card owner, and will be considered as such when payment clears by our
merchant partner accepting the credit card payment. Credit card payments will be
processed in real time. Once the submission has been accepted and posted to the
portal, no refunds will be provided.
4. General Terms
- This agreement supersedes any previous agreement, either oral or written,
between the parties with respect to listings and submissions of websites at
OrganicForMe.com.
- We encourage you to read our Privacy Policy . Any information you provide will be
reserved for our internal usage. Any exchange of private information will never be
rented, sold or leased to a third party. In certain legal cases, or where required by
legal statute, this information may be relinquished.
- We will communicate with our accepted individuals, non-profit organizations and
commercial businesses through the email address provided on the application
submission. If expressly advised, we can also use the postal mail service.
